Annelise Van Der Pol
Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland and is an American actress, singer, and film director. Her fame is based on her work in the theatre and also her role as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its sequel Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol has an ethnic Dutch heritage and is an American actor and singer best known for her frequent appearances on the popular television program That's So Raven. The show featured her in 14 projects that included TV programs and shorts. The most prominent of her credits is Shalom Sesame Divorce. She has appeared in more than fifteen TV series. It's Raven and The Musical. She also made her appearance in numerous theatre works. Anneliese van der Pol, an Dutch American actor and singer-dancer is best known for her character as Chelsea Daniels on"That's so Raven. Her early work in musical theatre, she became famous for her character as Chelsea Daniels on That's So Raven which she reprises on its sequel Raven's Home. Van der Pol also has an acting career in the field of singing and has recorded a number of songs for The Walt Disney Company. The singer made her Broadway debut in 2007 before appearing Off-Broadway in 2009. Her other acting credits include the vampire-spoof feature film Vampires Suck (2010), written by Jason Friedberg & Aaron Seltzer. Van der Pol landed her first role on television in 2003 playing the innocent Chelsea Daniels, starring with Raven-Symone Orland Brown as well as Kyle Massey. Chelsea Daniels continues to be Van der Pol's most recognizable and popular role with children, teens and adults. It was her acting skills that earned her acclaim for her portrayal of a fun and extroverted character, which at first seemed unattainable to many because of the seriousness of her parts. She played Heather in the film Kim Possible. She was a guest in Kim Possible (2006). This was her first voice role. In the year 2011, van der Pol made a guest appearance as Ronnie on The Disney Channel Original series Shake It Up. In terms of music van der Pol has recorded numerous songs with Walt Disney Records including a collaboration with Raven-Symone and Orlando Brown on the theme song from That's So Raven for the series' soundtrack. Over It also appeared on the Disney Channel Original Movie Stuck Suburbs soundtrack. Van der Pol is a former member of The Disney Channel Circle of Stars A supergroup composed of Disney Channel stars. She recorded versions of R&B/pop from The Lion King's Circle of Life as well as the Cinderella's Dream Is a Wish your Heart makes. She also recorded her own cover of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006 for an issue of Disneymania. In her role on Broadway in the role of Belle van der Pol, she recorded many songs that were heard in the music of the musical like A Change in Me.
