Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a born in Holland. She is an American actress and singer. She is best known for her theatre work and for her role as Chelsea Daniels, the star of That's So Raven on Disney Channel and Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol, an American actress (female) is most well known as a recurring role in the TV series That's So Raven. She was a part of 14 projects including TV shorts and videos. The show starred her along with Raven-Symone Orange Brown as well as Kyle Massey. She recorded in 2006 a cover version of the iconic Disney song Candle on the Water from Pete's Dragon to accompany an episode of Disneymania. She recorded a variety of songs from the Broadway production as well as A Change in Me.
