Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a Dutch-born American performer and actress. She is well-known for her work in the theatre and also for her performance as Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is a Dutch base American actor (Female) and a vocalist who is popular for her regular roles in a TV series That's So Raven. Van der Pol sang with the Disney Channel Circle of Stars on the pop/R&B version of The"Lion King's" Circle of Life (from The Lion King) as well as Cinderella The Dream Is a Wish That Your Heart Makes ("A Dream Is a Wish that Your Heart Made") to be released as special editions of both films. To promote an episode of Disneymania in 2006, van der Poli performed the Disney classic Candle on the Water.
