Anneliese Louise van der Pol is a native of Holland and an American artist and a singer. She is known for her stage work as well as playing Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel series That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. She recorded a version of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006, for the issue Disneymania. Because of her broadway performance in the role of Belle van der Pol recorded various songs featured on the theatrical production's soundtrack such as the iconic A Change in Me.
