Anneliese Louise van der Pol was born in Holland. She is a well-known American performer, actor as well as film director. Her fame is based on her theatre work and for her performance in the role of Chelsea Daniels on the Disney Channel show That's So Raven and its spin-off Raven's Home. The group recorded an original rendition of the Disney classic Candle on the Water, from Pete's Dragon in 2006 for an issue of Disneymania.
