Anneliese Louise van der Pol (born in the Netherlands) is an American performer and actress. She's known for both her theatrical work and for her role as Chelsea Daniels in the Disney Channel show That's So Raven, and its sister show Raven's Home. Anneliese van der Pol is an Dutch base American actress (Female) and vocalist most well-known for her frequent role in the TV show That's So Raven.
